This age restriction is a firm legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations. fbjl employs age-verification procedures at account registration and reserves the right to request government-issued identification at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant regulatory authority.
The Services are intended for use by eligible players located in the Philippines. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbjl login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. fbjl will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify fbjl immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
fbjl may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or upon suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of registered mobile number. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Deposits to your fbjl account may be made via the approved payment methods available on the platform, which include but are not limited to GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the platform at the time of transaction. All deposits must be made from accounts or payment instruments registered in the User's own name.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fbjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if fbjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
fbjl's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits fbjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
fbjl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at fbjl.org/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the fbjl Services shall first be submitted to fbjl's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute resolution mechanism. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for any matters not resolved through the foregoing process.
fbjl may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on fbjl.org/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a prominent notice on the platform, no fewer than seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
